The Lince Azores Ponta Delgada , Ponta Delgada (Sao Miguel)

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, but the outdated carpeting could use some attention. The spacious layout, including two bathrooms and a large balcony, was a plus. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The service was accommodating, with the staff changing our room and assisting with late check-in and early cab arrangements. However, some staff members seemed distracted by personal cell phone use. The location was good, with easy access to the city center and a nearby grocery store. Still, outdoor areas could be better maintained for guest use. The dining experience left much to be desired, with poor quality offerings, limited selection, and disorganized service. On the positive side, the Welsh pastries were a highlight. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positives and areas for improvement.
